Julie and August are Georgia natives who fell in love with the North Carolina venue, Rumbling Bald, and I’m so glad they found me in the process. I met this gorgeous couple in Clemson, SC for our awesome engagement session together where I learned about their love for dogs and golf courses. They were married on a cool overcast day at their dream venue overlooking the mountains and the lake. We began details and their first look at the lake houses they rented. One of my favorite parts of their big day was during our portrait time together. We got on golf carts to venture down to one of the golf course holes on property where some scenes from the movie, ‘Dirty Dancing’ were filmed! Being that August was a golf course superintendent, he thoroughly inspected the greens at our hole number, lol, and we made a few fun photos out there. I always enjoy the scenery at Rumbling Bald Resort.
