Moriah and Stefan, a sweet Georgia couple, had the sweetest Autumn wedding day at Rumbling Bald Resort. The weather couldn’t have been better, and I loved Moriah’s vintage unique details. She had full lace heels and non traditional wooden flowers — something I’d never seen yet. Another thing I got to photograph for the first time was a hilarious take on a ‘first look’. As Stefan anxiously awaited for his bride to come tap him on the shoulder for their sweet reveal, he turned around instead to find his best man wearing a dress! This was absolutely priceless! They had been planning this joke and bought a dress from goodwill just for this moment. The reaction from everyone watching was pure amusement. Shortly after the groom was shaken up, the bride and groom had their real first look, and we made great photos on the nearby beach. This venue always delivers for stunning views of the mountains and calming water around. I enjoyed it!
