Ashley and Jason are such a cool couple, and they had the funnest bridal party! When you have super fun people to work with, it makes the wedding day and photos all the better. These two got married at a scenic mountain getaway nestled on Lake Lure, North Carolina. On my drive to the venue, I was able to take in the gorgeous mountain views, glittering lake, and the hills brimming with Fall color.

The bridal party looked so fresh in their black and white attire, and it was awesome that Ashley and Jason’s bulldog, Doak, was a part of their day. I absolutely love that they did a first look and saw each other before the ceremony. That private moment they had on the lake together turned out to be some of my favorite photos. Then, as Ashley finally began to walk down the isle by herself, I think we all lost it when Jason moved from his place to go finish walking her down the isle himself! — what a touching moment. There was not a dull moment at all during their reception! Not only was there a constant party on the dance floor, but DJ Cease Fire was incredible, living up to the name as he kept everyone dancing. Congrats you two
