What an awesome wedding day! Alexa and James were married this past September at Huitt Farms in Anderson, SC. This great venue offers both a covered indoor space and an outdoor field area for ceremonies. It’s all white, rustic but polished, and I love the high ceilings inside. James and Alexa couldn’t have picked a better spot for their big day. Their love story actually begins with the success of online dating. They met online and have been best friends ever since! After they met for the first time over a sushi dinner date, Alexa just asked, “where have you been all this time!?” It was love at first sight for them. She immediately fell in love with his smile and genuine laugh. He got so choked up seeing his beautiful bride come down the isle.

These two were laid back and fun to work with. There was greek food and dancing, happy tears, and tons of laughter. AND they had an UNPLUGGED ceremony — major cool points to them! Wedding guests enjoyed watching them say ‘I do’ in person instead of through their cell phones and devices. I’m so happy to have documented it. Check out some favorites & the vendors at the bottom:
